RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY will give its customers the opportunity to refund or return/exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition.

We will deliver online orders within 3 – 5 working days from the date of transaction, customers will receive a dispatch notification to their registered mobile number upon dispatch of order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted items.

If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new item of the same value or opting for a refund.

– Before sending any returns, you need to contact us via the hotline 077 798 7395 and should take a return code.

– Returns are accepted within 9 days from the order receipt date.

– Company can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.

– Company will not accept return items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

– Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer.


– You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your online purchase.

– Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same item.

– Your request for an exchange will be processed within 14days of receiving the garment.

– Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place.

– Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, your exchange code will be activated for online purchase.

– The exchange option will not be available if the purchased item is no longer available and will arrange a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase.


– Return/Exchange can be arranged only after contacting us via email to or our hotline 077 798 7395.

– We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered is different from what you had ordered.

– If we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.

– Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been delivered.
